Unwashed or unworn merchandise may be returned within 10 days after delivery for a merchandise exchange or a full refund minus a ten (10) percent restocking fee.

Sale merchandise is final sale.

U.S. return policy
You may return ShopDivine.com purchases by mailing it to our fulfillment center at the following address:

You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded. Return or exchange a ShopDivine.com purchase by mail

1. Please include your packing slip.
2. On the packing slip, circle the item(s) you're returning. Please indicate the reason(s) for your return on the reverse side of the packing slip.
3. For returns, the original credit card will be credited.
4. For exchanges, please call 310-274-4647
5. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to indicate both your RA number that you obtained from our Returns Department AND your order number on the outside of the package. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. ShopDivine.com is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Return status
Returns mailed to SHOPDIVINE.COM may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Ema Savahl, Baccio Couture, Jovani, Sherri HIll and other similar evening wear must be returned in seven (7) days and will only be refunded in the form of store credit.

ShopDivine will not pay for items shipped back to us under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
